1. What kind of gender reveal products do you sell?
We offer powder cannons, confetti cannons, smoke cannons, holi powder, fire extinguishers, decorations, smoke bombs & fun bundles, plus various sports gender reveal balls and novelty sports balls to make your reveal extra special. ⚽🎉

2. What’s the difference between the sizes of your cannons?

• 30cm cannons: Confetti and/or powder explodes about 6 metres — ideal for smaller or more intimate events.

• 60cm cannons: Confetti and/or powder bursts about 10 metres — great for larger outdoor gatherings. 🎊

3. Are your powders and confetti safe for kids and pets?
Yes, they are non-toxic, biodegradable, and easy to clean. Safe for children, pets, and the environment. 🌿

4. How do I use the cannons safely?
Hold the cannon firmly with one hand and twist the bottom in the direction of the arrows. Always aim the cannon up and away from yourself and others for safety and best effect. ⚠️

5. Can I see your products in person or pick up my order directly?
We are residential, not a physical shop. Pickup is by appointment only from our home in Allawah, NSW 2218. You can browse our catalogue online anytime. For questions or special requests, please email support@joyfulreveals.com. 📧

6. I have an envelope with my baby’s gender — can I drop it off and pick up my order the same day?
Yes! We offer same-day pickup where you bring an envelope with your baby’s gender details (e.g., from your obstetrician). We’ll keep the gender completely secret and prepare your order onsite — usually about 10 minutes. Please arrange in advance via support@joyfulreveals.com. 🤫

7. Can I have a custom powder or smoke colour inside?
Custom colours can sometimes be arranged for our gender reveal balls depending on the colour requested. Cannons come premade and are only available in pink or blue. 🎨

8. Why can’t my cannons be express posted?
Cannons contain compressed air and are unsuitable for transport on aircraft. Express postage is only available within the Sydney metro area. ✈️

9. How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. ⏳

10. How long will delivery take?

11. Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, appointment-based pickup is available from our residential location in Allawah, NSW 2218. Please ensure your contact details and email are correct so we can organise a convenient time and send you the address. For urgent orders, email support@joyfulreveals.com. 🗓️

12. Do you have a contact phone number?
We currently do not offer phone support. This allows us to focus on processing orders efficiently and responding promptly to emails. Email helps us keep a clear record of all communications and ensures no requests are missed. 📩

13. What if I don’t know my baby’s gender or want to keep it a secret?
You can have a trusted loved one or health professional email us the gender details. We also sell surprise options such as kits with both pink and blue powders or bundles with both coloured cannons to allow a live reveal with no spoilers. 🎁

14. Can I mix and match different items?
Absolutely, you can select individual items or choose from our ready-made bundles. ✅

15. Will the powder wash off easily?
Yes, our powders are water-soluble and wash off easily with water. 💧

16. What if I have sensitive skin?
Our powders are gentle, but if you have sensitive skin, we recommend testing a small patch first. 🌸

17. Can I get personalised packaging?
Not at this time, but we are working on options to personalise packaging in the future. 🎨

18. What if something is wrong with my order?
Please email us with your order details and photos if possible, and we will resolve the issue promptly. 🛠️

19. Do you provide instructions?
