Shipping policy
Shipping is only available within Australia
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days this excludes weekends and public holidays. (We usually process on the same or next business day depending on time of your purchase)
After receiving your order, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you, if you have linked an email to your order. We will send you another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please note these time frames may differ & are a dependent on your location within Australia.
Please be aware that due to extended COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes there may be delays in your shipments that are completely out of our control!
PICK UP & LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE
Pick up from Allawah 2218 (Residential not a physical shop)
Times available: Monday-Friday between 10:30-04:00pm

Minimum order of $50
Deliveries are made from 12:00pm-08:30pm on Monday-Saturdays We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of the approximate time of our delivery. Deliveries will be made in 1-3 business days or a later date that suits both parties

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@joyfulreveals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
