Reveal went wrong

The snitch was hard to break and after trying 6 times with soft to medium hits/ throws, we gave a harder throw which landed the reveal in the guttering of the roof so we used the back up reveal only for it to be white powder so reveal went completely wrong and ended up in disappointment

Thank you for your order & we appreciate your valuable feedback. In our description it kindly notes that the instructions for the snitch: 'designed to be pegged onto the floor of a hard surface with strong force in order to open effectively.'
This is why we provide the white powder practice ball in order to get the best out of your reveal.
Environmentally we try avoid too much paper wastage, however to avoid missing this important information provided in our description, we will now add a print out into orders.
